Our expert scenario designers are happy to tailor simulation scenarios to your requirements. This customisation can cover:
- The choice of asset classes for trading or asset allocation platforms. This can either be fixed - if your trainees are streamed into Equity and Fixed Income pathways, for example - or for longer-duration simulations, asset classes can be added over time to increase complexity as delegates' abilities increase and their understanding of asset classes widens.
- Competency assessment. We develop sophisticated, scientifically-based competency matrices for our individual clients to evidence the key competencies you require of your interns or new hires. These can be based on metrics recorded by our computer-based platforms and on structured observations. We are happy to provide our dedicated Management and Professional Development faculty to run these observations, or to train representatives from your Learning and Development teams and other business stakeholders to lead the sessions.
- Integration with your product offerings and research output. Our simulations can incorporate your own products, enriching participants' understanding of your unique selling points. Also, where a simulation is run internally we can provide links to intranet research sources so participants can begin to use your research departments' expertise from the beginning.
