Simulations deliver real effects
Our simulations allow participants to tackle real business issues, promoting behavioural change and solidifying understanding of difficult concepts. Through them, delegates gain experience working in real market conditions and hone their dealing and trading skills in a risk-free environment. They can be used to unite disparate groups, for example across divisions and locations, and we frequently use a range of trading simulations to raise front, middle and back office awareness of each others’ functions.
