"So you want to be an FX trader?"
The requirement
A leading Investment Bank with specific strength in the FX trading field was looking for 'star quality' in its intern intake. To this end, they needed to immerse the interns in a realistic market environment and observe their decisions and reactions at a fine level of granularity.
Our solution
Using the FX version of our advanced trading platform, participants traded FX forwards and spot on a tailor-made scenario. We collaborated with a team of corporate pyschologists (including former traders) to build a set of tailored metrics to capture key trading behaviours. The data was used both diagnostically to find the talented, and as a discussion point throughout the event to help all participants reflect on their practices and progress their abilities.
